Simple, beautiful and organic.

It's no secret that I like to take care of my skin and hair, mostly because they are really dry and delicate. So I am going to be writing more about the beauty products I use. Maybe some of you will find it helpful.

I bought these "Davines" hair care products a couple of weeks ago. These are Italian products made of 100% organic ingredients, salt free, sulfate free and eco-friendly. The great thing about them is that you can mix and match with different care lines, depending on your hair care needs. You don't have to buy the whole line to get amazing results.

As you can imagine I made my own combo; I chose the nourishing, illuminating shampoo with chestnut milk (for colour treated hair) and mixed it with the absolute beautifying conditioner with roucou oil (for all kinds of hair), and  with the multi benefit beauty treatment with roucou oil (for all kinds of hair).

I saw the results the first day, my hair now is softer, illuminated and just healthier. If you have thin dry hair I highly recommend it. It will do fantastic things for your hair.

My dull scent

I've been wanting to share more about my style with you guys, this is my first post  (of many, I hope) about my beauty products.  I promise to write every Wednesday a lifestyle post, so you can get to know my overall style a little bit more.

Basically all of these products are the ones who leave me smelling great. I know they are a lot! but I stick to only two basic scents: fruity and floral. Naturally they go really well together, so I'm not scared of mixing them.

For my daily moisturizer I use cocoa & Shea butter Suave body cream, this leaves a really light vanillaish scent on my body. I use Polo Ralph Lauren #2 perfume and mist, this leaves a floral scent. For my hair I use Argan oil leave in cream, (it leaves a floral scent). Smoothing stuff from Bed Head, this is a hair styling cream (it has an amazing fruity scent). And because my hair it's so long it gets tangled a lot so I use Jhonson's baby anti-tangled hair spray, (it leaves a fruity scent.)

I hope you like it! If you have any questions feel free to ask ;)

The edgy cocktail look

Tonight I have to write about the last two things from my "10 things to try this month" list!
Because I didn't have any more time, I decided to wear two of the trends in one look. I mixed "Rock a sporty look" with "Add allure to a midi-skirt".

As you can see I didn't add to much allure to that midi-skirt, actually I chose this skirt because it already has allure by itself. It fits super goo, showing off my curves.

I picked this neoprene jersey, not only to mixed both trends, but also I wanted to give an easy, cool, effortless vibe to the skirt.

To keep it stylish I wore this amazing red lipstick. This one is "402" outlast, lipstain from Covergirl. It really lasts forever!!

To keep the look trendy, feminine and fresh, I wore this basic black d'orsay pumps.

I wore this sporty inspired look to a beauty event that I had to attend for work. I felt super comfortable and chic. Because it was a creative event, I really got away with this edgy cocktail look.

So this is my last post from my "10 things to try this month". Actually I didn't get to do all of them, I missed "get a new mani", I did get a new mani, but I just had trouble taking pictures and preparing material for the post. I promise to write about April's mani though!

Thanks a lot for reading!!

Having an orange temptation!

First of all, I'm very sorry for not posting anything this last few days. I had a pretty rough week, but I'm back!

In one of my posts, I wrote about how I love to make a " to do" list for the month. Basically is a must try trends list.

One of the things I was really tempted to try, was to wear a bold orange lipstick. So I went to the beauty department looking for the perfect orange lipstick.

There was an overwhelming amount of orange lipsticks, in different varieties. But with the help of the nice promoter lady I was able to find the perfect one! I bought the "285 Temptation Tentation" by Covergirl. It leaves a metallic effect, it's smooth and has an amazing scent. Plus I just loved the name, it was so appropriate.
